  • Advertising fees, accountant fees, and bookkeeping fees

  • Rates – council and water fees (if they are not paid by the tenant)  
  • Body corporate fees  
  • Insurance premiums
  • TV services provided by the landlord (e.g. Foxtel, Netflix, etc.)  
  • Lease preparation and registration   
  • Legal costs for unpaid rent, damages, or breach of agreement
  • Borrowing expenses
